In the 1970's I fell in love with the Bloodhound breed while at a dog show and just could never read enough
about this beautiful, graceful breed. Unfortunately we could never find any puppies in the area where we live.
Along comes the internet and the world is a click away, and in 2004 my husband bought me a special gift, my beloved
Tracker, whom we dearly loved. But our Heavenly Father had other plans for us all, and my special gift whom I waited
for many years had a very short life here on earth with us, only three-and a-half years. We are devasted
and broken hearted by Tracker's sudden death as are those those who knew Tracker from a puppy and watched
him grow into a sweet, loving dog. But God has a plan for all of us, and when God closes a window, he opens a door, and sent
us Miss Belle who has helped heal our broken hearts, including the hearts of Kipper & Beau.
Pictured above is the newest
member of our family, Our Miss Southern Belle. When we first saw her three weeks before our beloved Tracker died,
little did we know that our Heavenly Father already had plans for us, which included bringing our beloved Tracker
back with Him across THE RAINBOW BRIDGE, and bringing Miss Belle to our home to live with us.
We thank
God for all the gifts He has bestowed on us, for allowing Joe and Joyce Engle being in our pathways of life, and for
them raising such wonderful dogs, and allowing us adopt Miss Belle as we did our beloved Tracker Dude.
Sadly and unexpectedly our sweet Miss Southern Belle died on November 23, 2016, exactly 6 months
from her 6th birthday. Our hearts are once again broken, but have piece in knowing we will be together up on the Rainbow Bridge.

Our entire house is devasted and
heart broken with Tracker's untimely death. As sad as we are about his death, Kipper and Beau seemed the most affected
from this tragedy. They were so sad, they kept vigil at the windows and the gate to the deck looking for their buddy, hoping
he would return home. Their appetite was down, they didn't play, and hardly wagged their tails. But, once we brought Miss Belle home, and the boys sniffed and kissed her all over, they accepted her immediately
into the pack. Once again they are as happy as we are, and the sparkle is back in their eyes again as they all play, and are
living life to the fullest with their new sister and buddy, creating new adventures every day, and helping to heal the
hole in our broken hearts.
Now how many male dogs do you know of that have accepted a
new puppy into a home and helped raised it as if it was their own natural offspring? Kipper and Beau did the same
thing withTracker.
With the untimely passing of Kipper on Newy Year's Eve, once
again Miss Belle continues with her antics and is a comfort to all.
Sadly and unexpectedly, Our Miss Southern Belle
died. Rest in peace my love. We have comfort in knowing we will be together again up on the Rainbow Bridge.
